Returns & Refunds Policy

Because all Flashover items are made to order, we can only accept returns in specific circumstances.

✅ Returns We Accept

We will happily offer a replacement or refund if your item is:

• Faulty

• Damaged on arrival

• Printed incorrectly

If this happens, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

❌ Returns We Can’t Accept

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection or make (i.e ordering a ladies instead of a mens)

• Incorrect colour selection

• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or makeup marks

• Orders older than 14 days from delivery

Each item is printed specifically for you, so please double-check sizing before ordering.

How to Request a Return

Email us at store@flashover.au with:

• Your order number

• Date of purchase

• A brief description of the issue

• A clear photo showing the fault or damage

Once reviewed, we’ll organise a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is sent straight into production and cannot be edited or cancelled.

In rare cases where a cancellation is possible before production begins, a restocking or cancellation fee may apply to cover supplier costs.
